What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a return or replacement.

How do I update my shipping preferences?

You can update your shipping preferences in your account settings. For immediate changes to a current order, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to and what are your shipping rates?

We ship nationwide to both West and East Malaysia. For West Malaysia, we offer FREE DELIVERY for orders above RM50.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days (West Malaysia), 5-8 working days 
(East Malaysia), and next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12PM.

Can I choose a specific time, date or place a special request on my delivery?

We use a third-party courier for all deliveries. For any special requirements on your delivery, please liaise directly with the delivery person in charge via the support channel in your email update.

How do I track my delivery?

Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email on your order. An email update with your tracking code will be sent to you once your order has been processed in our warehouse within 24 hours. Timely updates will be sent to you via email regarding your delivery status.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible.

Can the order be cancelled after ordered?

No cancellations are allowed after payment is made.

Return & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7 days return policy for unused and unopened items. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more details on how to initiate a return.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
